Residential Space | Ground floor Redesign
The residential property boasts a sturdy construction, featuring brick veneer, a timber frame, a concrete stump foundation, and a tiled roof, all dating back to the 1950s.
In my design proposal, I aim to revamp the layout by seamlessly integrating the study area with the living room. Additionally, I propose transforming the kitchen, dining, and living spaces into an open concept, fostering a centralized air circulation and enhancing the interconnectivity between each room.
By implementing these changes, the occupants will be fully immersed and attuned to every activity within the space.
